De­liv­er­ing a judg­ment yes­ter­day, five Law Lords of the Unit­ed King­dom-based Privy Coun­cil dis­missed a fi­nal ap­peal brought by the lone sur­viv­ing com­mis­sion­er Dr My­ron Wing-Sang Chin.
