A conĀstrucĀtion comĀpaĀny has lost its fiĀnal apĀpeal over alĀmost $12 milĀlion in adĀdiĀtionĀal fees for a project it comĀpletĀed for the UrĀban DeĀvelĀopĀment CorĀpoĀraĀtion of T&T (UdeĀcott) two decades ago.
DeĀlivĀerĀing a judgĀment, yesĀterĀday mornĀing, five Law Lords of the UnitĀed KingĀdom-based Privy CounĀcil reĀjectĀed DipĀcon EnĀgiĀneerĀing SerĀvices LimĀitĀedās apĀpeal against UdeĀcott.
In the apĀpeal, DipĀcon claimed that High Court Judge Ricky Rahim and three Court of ApĀpeal judges were wrong to disĀmiss its claim in 2017 and 2023.
