The Privy CounĀcil has reĀserved its deĀciĀsion on a fiĀnal apĀpeal in a lawĀsuit brought by forĀmer UrĀban DeĀvelĀopĀment CorĀpoĀraĀtion of T&T (UdeĀcott) exĀecĀuĀtive chairĀman Calder Hart over adĀverse findĀings made against him by the ComĀmisĀsion of EnĀquiry (CoE) inĀto the Las AlĀturas HousĀing DeĀvelĀopĀment in MorĀvant.
Five Law Lords said they needĀed time to conĀsidĀer their judgĀment in the case afĀter hearĀing subĀmisĀsions from two lawyers for surĀvivĀing comĀmisĀsionĀers Dr MyĀron Wing-Sang Chin and AnĀthoĀny FarĀrell at the UnitĀed KingĀdom Supreme Court BuildĀing in LonĀdon, EngĀland, on WednesĀday.
The Board said that they did not reĀquire the subĀmisĀsions of Hartās leĀgal team and lawyers for the OfĀfice of the AtĀtorĀney GenĀerĀal, who were present at the hearĀing, in orĀder to deĀcide the case.
