A former Community-Based Environmental Protection and Enhancement Programme (CEPEP) contractor has filed an appeal of a recent decision by a High Court judge to stay his lawsuit over the termination of over 300 other contractors.
A legal team for Eastman Enterprise, led by Larry Lalla, SC, filed the appeal yesterday morning.
The appeal lists 11 grounds to overturn the preliminary ruling delivered by Justice Margaret Mohammed last week.
