Kaieteur Sports – Olympic Kremlin will have one last shot at Guyana Cup glory before one of Guyana’s most celebrated thoroughbreds bows out of racing.

The nine-year-old Brazilian-bred chestnut is being prepared for what will be his final competitive appearance when the 18th annual Guyana Cup takes centre stage at the Rising Sun Turf Club on August 23.

For Slingerz Racing Stable, it is more than a bid to reclaim a coveted crown. It is the final chapter in the career of the horse that helped transform the relatively young stable into a household name in Guyana racing.
