Kaieteur Sports – Five Guyanese riders will carry the nation’s hopes this weekend when they compete in the Autódromo Panamá Championship, with the Guyana Motor Racing and Sports Club (GMR&SC) contingent targeting podium finishes against some of the region’s best motorcycle racers.
Leading the Guyanese challenge in the pre-expert 600cc & 1000cc class are GMR&SC Vice President Alain Hopkinson and Kevin Persaud, while Christopher Bridgmohan, Elwin Chase and Jerry DaSilva will contest the Novice category.
The GMR&SC has extended its best wishes to the five-member team as they look to represent Guyana with distinction on the international stage.
