Two women and two men have been ar­rest­ed and joint­ly charged in con­nec­tion with a bur­glary re­port­ed in the South West­ern Di­vi­sion on Sep­tem­ber 13.

A state­ment is­sued by the TTPS yes­ter­day, iden­ti­fied the ac­cused as a 29-year-old woman of Monoorhar Ma­haraj Trace, Bar­rack­pore, a 35-year-old woman of Monoorhar Ma­haraj Trace, Bar­rack­pore, a 28-year-old man of Has­sanali Trace, Low­er Bar­rack­pore, and a 31-year-old man of Re­form De­vel­op­ment, Gas­par­il­lo.

Po­lice said the vic­tims were asleep at their South Oropouche Trace, South Bar­rack­pore, home when they were awak­ened by loud nois­es. On check­ing, they ob­served two men climb­ing through a win­dow on the west­ern side of the house.
