Four people have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a business place located along South Central Road in the vicinity of the Dunlop Roundabout, Point Fortin, which occurred at about 10:00 am on Monday.
The Police Service says the men, aged 21 to 25 years, will be charged with robbery with aggravation. It is urging the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the nearest police station or via the TTPS emergency hotlines.
According to police reports, two victims—a 52-year-old woman and a 59-year-old man, both self-employed and residents of Clarke Road, Penal—were conducting business when they were approached by two unmasked men.
