A nine-year-old boy is in sta­ble con­di­tion af­ter he was shot at his Mal­oney home in the ear­ly hours of Wednes­day.

Gun­men stormed the home around 4 am af­ter the boy's fa­ther opened the door, be­liev­ing the loud knock­ing was the po­lice.

Up­on re­al­is­ing it was gun­men bang­ing at his door, ran fur­ther in­side the house but was chased and shot in his foot, while his son was shot in his left heel.
