(Kaieteur News) – Principal Magistrate Faith McGusty is scheduled to rule on November 10 on whether three foreign nationals charged in connection with the deadly October 2025 Regent Street gas station bombing will be committed to stand trial in the high court.
The decision date was set in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court following no-case submissions presented by defense attorneys representing three of the accused, Jhonny Boodram, Krystal La Cruz, and Alexander Bettencourt.
The trio, along with prime suspect Daniel Alexander Ramirez Peodemo, are facing terrorism charges over the attack at the Mobil Regent Street gas station, which claimed the life of six-year-old Soraya Bourne and left several others injured.
