Three of the four people accused in connection with the deadly bombing at a Georgetown Mobil service station have challenged the prosecution’s evidence, following a court development on Thursday, September 10.
The no-case submissions were filed during committal proceedings before Principal Magistrate Faith McGusty at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
Those challenging the prosecution’s case are Venezuelan nationals Jhonny Boodram and Alexander Bettencourt and Guyanese-Venezuelan national Krystal LaCruz.
