(Kaieteur News) – Danielle Schultz, 30, of Wismar Housing Scheme, Linden, is appealing for public assistance as she struggles with diabetes, undergoes regular dialysis treatment, and faces severe financial and domestic challenges.
For years, Schultz has battled the effects of diabetes, a condition that has left her dependent on dialysis and unable to maintain steady employment.
Compounding her difficulties is a rare congenital condition known as Dextrocardia Situs Inversus, in which the heart is located on the right side of the chest rather than the left. In her case, her internal organs are also positioned on the opposite side of the body from their normal locations.
