Nine years after over 100 fraud charges were laid against businesswoman Vicky Boodram, she was on Friday discharged of the matters.
The charges stemmed from allegations that close to $1.3 million was paid by several intended travelers for a Caribbean cruise that failed to sail.
The matters came up for hearing before Master Lisa Singh-Phillip.
