The Tobago House of Assembly has condemned what it described as a “coordinated and deliberate” attack on critical water infrastructure across the island, following acts of theft and vandalism at five wells between Friday evening and early Saturday morning.
Chief Secretary Farley Augustine said the incidents, discovered on Saturday, have resulted in a loss of approximately 2.1 million gallons of water per day, severely disrupting supply to several communities.
