Chief Secretary Farley Augustine has described the vandalism of critical wells in Tobago as bordering on domestic terrorism.
According to reports, between March 27 and 28, vandals cut power cables at the Bloody Bay, Arnos Vale, Bacolet and Claude Noel Highway wells.
Augustine said this was a direct attack that has left 17 areas across the island without a consistent water supply.
