Minister Alexander : Bomb Threats Will Be Dealt With

Minister of Homeland Security Roger Alexander is warning those behind continued bomb threats that they could face up to 15 years in prison with hard labour.

“While every bomb threat is a concern in terms of its wording, we are not particularly concerned too much because we have the resources to locate and we have the resources to treat with if the need be. But I warn the person who is doing that to understand this. They should take a look at the laws that speaks to 15 years. So anytime they’re thinking about it, think about 15 years of your life.”

Following recent school evacuations due to bomb threats, Minister Alexander is advising parents to remain calm while authorities deal with the threats.
