THE skeletal remains discovered in a bushy area in Mon Repos, San Fernando, last month have been identified as those of missing Williamsville businessman Kelvin Samaroo.
A senior investigator attached to the Homicide Bureau of Investigations, Region Three, told the Express yesterday that the remains were identified to police based on the clothing found with the skeleton.
The remains were discovered approximate ly 200 feet (61 metres) off Wooding Street on July 16 after a resident saw his dog carrying what appeared to be a human lower jawbone. Upon examining the object, the resident contacted the Mon Repos Police Station at approximately 9.10 a.m.
