Ranks from the Turkeyen Police Station, carried out a Father’s Day hamper distribution exercise within the Turkeyen Police Station district on Sunday as part of the station’s ongoing community engagement efforts. According to a social media post, the exercised was aimed at recognising fathers for their contributions to their families and communities. Police ranks said the activity was intended to show appreciation and support for fathers who continue to make sacrifices in their daily lives.
During the exercise, special recognition was given to 73-year-old Trevor Batson, a father of nine and grandfather of 30. His long-standing role within his family was highlighted as an example of dedication and responsibility. The hampers were provided through contributions from Five C’s Construction and Transportation Services and M and D Poultry.
