The NaĀtionĀal LiĀbrary and InĀforĀmaĀtion SysĀtem (NALIS) has agreed to reĀinĀstate a workĀer afĀter beĀing threatĀened with conĀtempt of court proĀceedĀings by the PubĀlic SerĀvices AsĀsoĀciĀaĀtion (PSA).
NALISās lawyers gave the unĀderĀtakĀing as the trade unionās conĀtempt apĀpliĀcaĀtion came up for hearĀing beĀfore ApĀpelĀlate Judge PeĀter RaĀjkuĀmar yesĀterĀday mornĀing.
In the apĀpliĀcaĀtion, the PSA, through its lawyer Richard JagĀgasar, sought to hold NALIS acĀcountĀable for failĀing to abide by a rulĀing of the InĀdusĀtriĀal Court in a trade disĀpute brought on beĀhalf of Ryan MarĀtinez.
