MONTEGO Bay United (MBU) Chairman Yoni Epstein says the club is targeting December 2 for its return to the Montego Bay Sports Complex, when it is scheduled to host Treasure Beach FC in a Jamaica Premier League game.
The complex has been out of use since October last year after the passage of Hurricane Melissa caused millions of dollars in damage. The playing field was covered in silt washed down from the Montego River, while the four floodlight towers were extensively damaged.
Epstein was speaking at a press conference in Freeport to announce the signing of a memorandum of understanding between MBU and two St James-based schools, Cornwall College and Irwin High.
