SECURITY breaches, landscaping issues, infrastructural plumbing repairs, and mailbox access problems were some of the complaints two residents of Oasis Greens, Endeavour, Chaguanas, said they have been trying to get the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) to address since the start of the year.
They said they have written several letters that have not been responded to by several members of the HDC, including Minister in the Ministry of Housing Philip Alexander.
Speaking to the Express on Wednesday, one resident who spoke anonymously said the most pressing issue they currently face are security concerns in the area. He said the latest security breach happened during the first week in July, when one resident lost his vehicle after car thieves came into the area around 4 a.m. It was the sixth incident recorded since he moved into the area about a year and a half ago, he said.
