The Ministry of Homeland Security advises applicants under the Migrant Registration Framework (MRF) that the appointment-based collection process, which initially facilitated CARICOM and other nationals, has now been completed.
Effective Friday, November 6, 2026, all applicants whose MRF application status is “Approved”, regardless of nationality, may proceed to make payment at any National Lotteries Control Board (NLCB) booth nationwide and thereafter visit the MRF Collection Centre at the Ato Boldon Stadium, Balmain, Couva, to collect their Minister’s Permits.
The required fee is seven hundred and ten dollars ($710.00). Applicants who have already made the required payment may proceed directly to the Collection Centre.
