Dario Shields, a professional photographer who claimed he was assaulted by dancehall artiste OâNeil âElephant Manâ Bryan while on stage during a recent performance, has signalled his intention to pursue legal action against the artiste.
In a statement released today, the legal team representing Shields demanded that Elephant Man issue a âfull, public, and unequivocal apology for his conduct and the derogatory remarks made to our client.â
The attorneys said, to date, no formal apology has been received by Shields, despite public claims by Elephant Man that an apology has been offered. The artiste also refuted what took place onstage.
