KINGSTON, Jamaica â The videographer who was dragged while on stage by recording artiste Elephant Man in a now viral incident is considering legal action after suffering âconsiderable embarrassmentâ and damage to his equipment, his attorneys have indicated.
A letter issued on Tuesday by law firm Knight, Junor & Samuels, on behalf of Dario Shields, described the incident which occurred at Dream Weekendâs YUSH event as wholly unacceptable.
It claimed that Shields, who Dream Entertainment Limited contracted to provide videography services, was intentionally dragged by the artiste, whose given name is OâNeil Bryan, in full view of thousands of patrons, members of the media and fellow industry professionals.
