A man who was shot during an attempted home invasion in Carnbee, Tobago, stunned police confessing to the crime while being treated at the Scarborough General Hospital.
Police said the man called police himself, and was transported to hospital for treatment.
The incident occurred around 3.20 am on Sunday at a house in Sherwood Court, Sherwood Park. Police reports said the homeowner, a businessman and licensed firearm holder, was alerted by a noise outside and spotted a shadowy figure near his bedroom window.
