Police are trying to locate a woman of Spanish descent who was reportedly a passenger in a car that plunged into a river in Cunupia on Sunday morning, killing the driver.
The woman was among two passengers in a red Nissan Note which crashed near Mohan’s Gas Station along the Southern Main Road, Cunupia, shortly after 7 a.m.
The driver, 32-year-old Joel Farfan, of Mt Pleasant, Arima, died from injuries sustained in the crash.
