One month after the tragic death of seven-year-old Angelica Saydee Jogie, her grieving father is asking why the man who was operating the jet ski remains free.
In an interview with the Express yesterday, Arnold Jogie questioned why no charges have yet been laid in connection with the incident that occurred on April 8 at Pigeon Point Beach in Tobago, where the family was on vacation.
“He is out there, walking as a free man, and we are suffering... We feel anger, sadness, and everything...,” said Jogie.
