THE investigative file on the death of seven-year-old Angelica Jogie is still in the process of being completed before police return to Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Roger Gaspard, SC, to determine if charges will be laid in the matter.
This was confirmed yesterday by ACP Rishi Singh who told the Express that after investigators had consultations with the DPP last month, they were given certain directions.
The police are in the process of executing these instructions and, once that is done, they will return to the DPP.
