POLICE caught a man from Trincity red-handed while selling marijuana during a roving operation in Arouca on August 15.
The arrest came as a part of roving police exercises over 24 hours, ending on August 16.
According to police reports, officers were proceeding south on Dixon Street, Arouca, at about 6.30 pm, when they came up on a known drug block in the area. They noticed several people standing in the road and got out of their police car and identified themselves.
