T&TEC Boosts Lighting At Lakhan Karriah Cremation Site In Felicity

The Trinidad & Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) has upgraded lighting around the Lakhan Karriah Cremation Site on Cacandee Road, Felicity, following concerns from residents about inadequate illumination and unwanted activities in the area.
T&TEC says its team assessed the site on Monday, and approval was expedited for the installation of two new LED streetlights and the upgrade of existing fixtures.
The works included replacing 150-watt high-pressure sodium lights with 28,000-lumen LED fixtures.
