Police have detained two men and recovered several items following a robbery with violence at a Cunupia home early Friday morning.
The incident occurred around 6:15 a.m. when three armed men entered a Church Street residence, confronting a 62-year-old retiree, a 59-year-old retiree, a 31-year-old medical doctor, and a 26-year-old veterinarian. The suspects tied up the occupants and stole cash, multiple debit and credit cards, several mobile phones, a MacBook Pro, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation consoles, an iPad, a Movado watch, and gold jewelry.
Following the report, officers from Cunupia CID, assisted by members of the CDTF, conducted extensive searches.
