Four members of a Cunupia family, the owners of a tyre shop, were targeted by three armed men during a home invasion on Wednesday.
Around 7:50 a.m., the family was secured inside their Warren Munroe Road residence when the suspects forced entry and announced a robbery.
The men ransacked each room, relieving the family of cash, cellphones, watches, alcohol, jewelry, and a vehicle. Among the stolen items were $20,900 TT and US $1,200, a cell phone, multiple designer watches valued between $1,200 and $2,200 each, four bottles of Johnny Walker Gold, two bottles of Hennessy, and a bottle of Johnny Walker Ruby.
