Police are investigating a robbery with aggravation that occurred in the Cunupia district on Wednesday evening.

Around 8:30 p.m., a 33-year-old vendor/doubles wrapper residing along Alexander Trace, Munroe Road, Cunupia, was at home when he was accosted by a male suspect armed with a cutlass.

The victim fled into his home to escape, but the suspect pursued him and stole a black Samsung A05 cellphone, valued at $850, and an orange Nissan Almera, registration PCB 3622.
