(Kaieteur News) – The Guyana Police Force (GPF) is seeking a 40-year-old male driver from Eccles and his accomplice in relation to a $2.61 million firearm license fraud.
A statement from the police said David Singh and another man are wanted for obtaining money by false pretence, committed against two brothers, ages 35 and 30, of Best Plantation, West Coast Demerara.
“Preliminary investigations revealed that the victims were allegedly approached by Singh, of Eccles New Scheme, East Bank Demerara. He reportedly claimed that he could assist them in obtaining firearm licences,” police said in a release Tuesday.
