Ten minors in Tobago are facing charges of assault by beating following two separate incidents of school-related violence, according to a police release.
In the first case, five students were charged in connection with an assault that occurred on May 20.
The release said the incident began when a student who was seated in a classroom, was attacked and struck several times on the head by another student.
