THE Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) has launched an investigation into LandmarkTT Properties Ltd over concerns surrounding the procurement process for a multimillion-dollar housing development in Corinth, San Fernando.
In correspondence sent to the State company on April 20, the OPR said it had received complaints alleging that the Allamby Residential Development project was awarded through a selective tendering exercise instead of an open competitive bidding process required under the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act.
