On Sunday, August 23, 2026, at approximately 7:55 a.m. information was received that contraband items had been thrown over the perimeter wall along Gordon Street into the Remand Airing Yard at the Port of Spain Prison.
Officers responded promptly and conducted checks of the area, resulting in the recovery and confiscation of a package containing the following prohibited articles:
– Ten (10) packs of L&M cigarettes;
