The man accused of gunning down a taxi operator in Portmore, St Catherine, was remanded when the matter came before the St Catherine Parish Court on Friday.
The accused, Tywayne Hinds, otherwise known as ‘Lasco’, is charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorised possession of ammunition and using a weapon to commit a felony.
When the matter came before Senior Parish Court Judge Desiree Alleyne, it was revealed that Hinds was on bail for another offence at the time of the alleged incident.
