The case against a man charged with the shooting death of another man during a dispute in March Pen, Spanish Town, St Catherine, has been transferred from the parish court to the Gun Court.
Thirty-two-year-old mechanic Daniel Carby, who is charged with murder, possession of a prohibited weapon and using a firearm to commit a felony, was remanded by Acting Senior Parish Court Judge Janelle Nelson-Gayle when he appeared in court on Tuesday.
The case was set for mention on September 25.
