AN elderly woman of St Margaret’s in Claxton Bay recalled the horror she and her daughter experienced at the hands of criminals who threatened to kill them during a home invasion in the early hours of Saturday.
The criminals bound the hands of the 72-year-old and her 36-year-old daughter to the bed with tie-straps; and after ransacking the rooms of the house, took her pension money, another amount of cash, cellphones and other items.
The mother and daughter were awakened around 2.30 a.m. by the two intruders, who threatened to kill them. The criminals ransacked the rooms and after some time, they exited the house.
