The Miscellaneous Provisions (Alcohol, Cannabis, Dangerous Drugs, Gambling and Tobacco) Bill, 2026 has been passed in the Lower House.

The legislation was passed with 23 votes for and 10 against, with no abstentions.

The bill was moved by Attorney General John Jeremie, who also delivered the wind up.
