A woman’s walk along Mandela Highway allegedly turned into a terrifying chase involving armed men, with one of them allegedly attacking her with a bottle and a third suspect still on the run.
Thirty-three-year-old Oshane Hall, otherwise called ‘Drip Boss’, a farmer of Central Village, and 27-year-old nurse Phillip Blackwood Jr, otherwise called ‘Todd’, of Twickenham Park, have been charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorised possession of ammunition and participating in a criminal organisation.
Reports from the Central Village Police are that about 4:15 p.m. on July 6, the woman was walking along Mandela Highway when she was allegedly approached by Hall, Blackwood and another man.
