Two men have been charged with several firearm-related offences following an alleged attack on a woman along Mandela Highway in St Catherine.
Oshane Hall, 33, otherwise called ‘Drip Boss’, a farmer of Central Village, St Catherine and 27-year-old Phillip Blackwood Jr, otherwise called ‘Todd’, a nurse of Twickenham Park, St Catherine are charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorised possession of ammunition and participating in a criminal organisation.
Reports from the Central Village police are that about 4:15 p.m. on Monday, July 6, Hall, Blackwood and another accomplice approached a woman who was walking along the roadway.
