A bizarre accusation allegedly turned into a terrifying robbery when two men reportedly confronted a woman at a Greater Portmore bus stop, claiming she resembled someone who had killed a man’s daughter before allegedly pulling a gun and demanding her phone.
The men, identified as 25-year-old Daquan Bruce of Shortwood Road, Kingston, and 28-year-old Randy May of Cockburn Avenue, Kingston 11, have since been arrested and charged.
The pair face charges of Robbery with Aggravation, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Using a Firearm to Commit a Felony and Conspiracy.
