A 34-year-old Freeport man is expected to face charges after allegedly assaulting two police officers who responded to a report of malicious damage at Calcutta Settlement on Thursday night.
The incident occurred around 10.15 pm at Nadira Gardens, Calcutta Settlement No. 2.
Police said officers were attending to the report when the suspect began using obscene language on the roadway.
