Two men charged in connection with the alleged operation of a brothel at a Vistabella hotel have been called upon to present their defence after a magistrate yesterday dismissed a no-case submission.
Senior Magistrate Armina Deonarinesingh ruled that the prosecution had presented sufficient evidence for Sheldon Lewis and Vaughn Eversley to answer the charges against them.
The men are expected to begin presenting their defence on September 23 at the San Fernando Magistratesā Court.
