The woman whose severed head was found in a cooler bag in Siparia on Thursday, has been identified.
She is Joanne Estick, 59, a mother of one and grandmother of three. She lived at an apartment in Ritoville in Siparia.
The Express was told she was a domestic worker and did odd jobs for residents of Sennon Village. She was a known drug user.
