INVESTIGATIONS into the murder of Siparia grandmother Joanne Estick took police and cadaver dogs to several pig farms in Siparia searching for her body earlier this week.
Police teams from the South-Western Division Task Force, Penal and Siparia CIDs together with the cadaver sniffer dogs of the TTPS Canine Unit searched the farms as investigators followed a lead that Estick's remains were fed to animals.
A senior police officer told the Express that the searches were unsuccessful and once again appealed to the public for information on the case.
