A 28-year-old Maraval man was robbed at gunpoint and his vehicle stolen during a pre-dawn incident in the Four Roads Police District on Wednesday.
Police said the Maraval man reported that around 4.30 a.m. he drove to Cuthbert Circular, Four Roads, Diego Martin, after arranging via Facebook to purchase two tickets for a Yuma event.
According to the victim, upon arriving at the location, he was approached by a man who pointed a gun at him and demanded his belongings. The victim handed over his wallet containing $700 cash, a Scotiabank debit card, and a light blue Samsung S20 FE cellphone valued at $3,000.
