'Look he here', then gunfire: Man killed in Belmont

A man believed to be a 21-year-old street dweller was shot dead on Sunday night in Belmont in what police suspect to be a gang-related killing.
Investigators have tentatively identified the victim as Joshua Timothy, of 13A Agostini Trace, Gonzales, although official confirmation is still pending.
According to police reports, around 9:44 p.m. officers attached to the Port of Spain Task Force (POSTF) were on mobile patrol when they received a report of explosions along St Barbs Road via the E999 Command Centre.
